Coating systems are at the very heart of any coating line. That’s why Polytype Converting uses state-of-the-art design methods and applies minimum tolerances during production.

Over decades, Polytype Converting has developed a broad range of coating units enabling our customers to coat on many kinds of web material.  We have solutions for water based coatings, solvent based coatings or 100% solids.

These coating methods are classified as pre-metered systems, post-metered systems or self-metered systems. Each and every Polytype Converting coating unit benefits from more than 60 years of systems engineering know-how.

The units are used to coat any material in web form:
