With our effective machines and systems for drying medical films, you can achieve optimum results: Temperature stability and constant air velocities have top priority for uniform and gentle drying. In the development phase, we use computer simulations as well as trials with dryers in our technical centre for your project.

Depending on the product, you can choose between top air systems with the best ease of cleaning or a combined top and bottom air system for high performance with larger coating weights. Your systems will become particularly flexible with independently adjustable circulating air and exhaust air control.

The possible working widths of your drying systems are between 125 and 2,000 millimeters, the production speeds between 0.1 and 100 meters per minute. Dryer zones from 0.5 to five metres in length are possible. We adapt all total lengths to your desired output - up to large plants with more than 50 metres. The maximum drying temperatures are up to 200 °C, depending on the product and the room temperature.
