Rewinders For Household Foils

Our range of automatic household roll rewinding machines is currently considered to be the widest and most diversified available on the market. We start from basic rewinder (AC-ECO) 4 heads station basically equipped with hot melt gluing unit both for starting and closing rolls operations. Then we propose a medium version (AC-E) which can be equipped also with glue-less starting system and rolls closure through labeling unit, to follow with top versions (AC and AC-TB 4, 5 and 6 heads) which may be equipped with automatic tension control through brushless motors and able to reach the highest production performances.

Our re-reelers are basically engineered to work from 290 up to 460 mm. width, this machinery range also includes models which may start from narrow working size 100 mm. up to 600 mm. wide (eg: for narrow hairdressing rolls or for the widest Christmas turkey packaging uses).

Our universal rewinders are able to convert alu foil PVC cling, baking paper so as PE cling film, grease proof parchment paper, alu paper and alu plastic laminated too. Some versatile models may be also set to produce medium-long length catering rolls. Range of speeds: from 20-25 up to 45-50 rolls/minute.

Universal Version

AC-ECO

AC

The AC rewinder is the historical version of our production program. It is considered the most successful model as also demonstrated by its great sales statistics. It may be supplied with 4 or 6 turret rewinding stations and the philosophy of tension control is the classic (still highly appreciated) frictioning version so as the pneumatic philosophy and in the new generation through brushless rewinding motor.

This version has been sold all over the world to the largest household rolls manufacturers. It may be equipped with a large range of accessories, securing the possibility to satisfy any customer and market request (glue-less starting, embossing, perforating-precutting, labeling, micro-embossing, easy opening devices, unlabelled rolls conveyor).

This machine is able to convert any kind of food packaging material like alu foil, PE and Pvc cling film so as baking, grease proof and parchment paper and laminated material (alu+paper and alu+plastic).

Range of speeds: 36-42 rolls/minute

Brushless Version

AC-4TB

This is the 4 station version of our rewinders family engineered with brushless motor tension control and touch screen panel. This high performance version may be equipped with a quite wide range of accessories, securing the possibility to satisfy any customer and market request (glue and/or glue-less starting, labeling, embossing, perforating-precutting, micro-embossing, easy opening device, etc…).

This machine is able to convert any kind of food packaging material like alu foil PE and Pvc cling film so as baking grease proof parchment paper and laminated material alu +paper, alu+plastic.

The highest performance machine secures special productions up to 38-45 rolls/minute.

AC-5TB

AC-6TB

This is the top version of our household re-reelers based on the 6 stations turret and brushless motor rewinding control. Of course this model may be composed the same as the basic 4 and 5 stations version and further more equipped on request with motheroll lifting system and multiple jumbo rolls feeding unit. Further more it may be equipped with automatic turret unwinding unit (for cling film jumbo rolls) or with double station unwinding units shafted for alu coil and shaftless for cling jumbo rolls. The AC-6TB rewinder may be equipped with the same AC-4TB extra accessories.

The highest performance machine secures special productions output up to 40-50 rolls/minute

Dedicated Version

AC-CL

AC-A

The AC-A is the re-reeler engineered for a dedicated production of aluminum film household rolls. It has composed by a shafted unwinder with powder or pneumatic or motorized brake. On request unwinding tension control through load-cell system and brushless motor as rewinding tension control.

The roll starting can be glue-less and/or trough hot melt glue or by vacuum system. The finished rolls can be closed by label or using hot melt glue or kept unlabeled and conveyed to packaging lines to dedicated guides. On request embossing units (geometrical, end roll message, micro embossing with bright logo). This model is available with 4, 5 or 6 rewinding stations.

ACD-C

The ACD-C rewinder is a very impressive household cling film rolls rewinder specifically dedicated to secure the highest performances starting from a mother-roll double size, width 600 mm., which schedules in-line longitudinal cut to produce simultaneously 2 rolls per time. This machine may be equipped with the automatic mother-roll changing through turret unit and easy opening rolls device. Practically speaking you may reach 1000 linear mt./min. production speed without overstressing the machine.
