Rewinders For Catering Foils 

This model is the dedicated re-reeler specifically addressed to cling film long lengths catering/professional rolls. This version can be assembled on request with 3 different kind of rewinding station: shaftless compact un-approached unit, shafted and detached station with driven unwinding belt or multiple jumbo rolls feeding unit, automatic mother-roll changing through unwinding motorized turret. 

It may be also equipped with perforating/precutting unit.

The AP-A is the re-reeler engineered for a dedicated production of aluminum film medium-long lengths catering/institutional rolls. Also this version can be assembled on request with 3 different kind of rewinding station: shafted version suitable for big jumbo roll up to 1000 mm. of diam. with possible adding of mother roll lifting system; or else double station unwind units for alu foil (shafted) and cling film too (shaftless). This version may be equipped with glue and/or glueless starting system, automatic labeler for rectangular label, standard (geometrical) and micro (trade marks) embossing units.

This machine is able to convert any kind of food packaging material like alu foil PE and Pvc cling film so as baking grease proof parchment paper.

It’s able to produce up to 100-120 rolls/hours of 300 mt. cling and up to 200-240 rolls/hours of 150 mt. aluminum.

The AP-TB may be equipped with double station unwinder: shafted type for heavy (1 mt. diam.) alu foil coil and shaftless approached version for cling film jumbo rolls.
