Change from one material to another as well as from multi-layer to single layer tubes without any conversion!

For the production of multi-layered tube, the control synchronizes the individual extruders. Never before has it been easier to produce a co-extruded tube. A co-extrusion line not only allows you to build individual functional layers but also to achieve impressive visual properties. Depending on your requirements we equip your line with up to four extruders.
Co-Extrusion
Due to its modular design, each BREYER extrusion line can be configured to match your production requirements. Even a mono tube line can be expanded into a co-extrusion line later on without any problem.
With a co-extrusion line you can build up not only individual functional layers but also achieve impressive visual characteristics. We equip your system with up to four extruders depending on your requirements.
The following tube configurations are possible:
- Single-wall tube
- Double-wall tube
- Triple-wall tube
- Five-wall tube with barrier layer and symmetric layer composition
- Five-wall tube with barrier layer and different inside and outside layers

Calibrator
High-performance calibrator for line speed up to 40 m/min
Depending on the desired capacity of the line, different calibrator sizes are available. The calibrator is equipped with the appropriate calibration tool, depending on the required tube diameter.
It is the real heart of the tube calibrator and not only influences the quality of the tube but also the efficiency of the system. Here, the efforts and high production quality of BREYER pay off.
With our rapid-change-tools, format change is only a matter of minutes.
The high-performance calibrator of the TopLine has not only a smart design, it is also equipped with a number of automatic functions. All components having a good access for maintenance work.
Cutting Machine

Nothing gets you further than intelligent technology
Cutting-edge technology is used for the most recent generation of our haul-off and cutting machine.
With up to 300 cuts per minute, the performance of the new system is almost 100% higher than that of former technologies.
But that's not all: the tube length can be digitally preset from 39–270 mm and changed during production without interruption.
Due to the modular design of each BREYER system, this technological masterpiece can also be integrated into existing tube lines without a problem thus contributing to an increased performance of the entire tube production line.

The calibrator is equipped with the appropriate calibration tool, depending on the required tube diameter.It is the heart of the tube calibrator and influences not only the quality of the tube but also the efficiency of the system.
Here, the efforts and high production quality of BREYER pay off. In the event of a format change, the tools can be exchanged in a short time.

No need to renounce on comfort:
The BREYER eco·line is equiped with a central operator touch panel mounted at the extruder. All adjustments and commands can be operated from here.
The tube length can be changed directly on the display during production. When changing the speed of production the tube length is kept constant.
