Our range of machinery dedicated to the box packaging of catering rolls is the widest on the market by including semi-automatic (FPC-SA) and compact lines (FPC-C), complete plants for production performances (FPC-S or H-FPC) through separate modular forming-feeding-closing machines able to reach speeds up to 30 (and more) boxed catering rolls per minute.

We supply tailor-made customized plants with dedicated box design with in-line blade edging unit suitable to apply the box blade by hot melt glue or else to insert inside the box a metal or plastic injected blade.

Universal Version

FPC-SA

Our range of catering rolls packaging lines starts from the basic semi-automatic version FPC-SA where the blank feeding may be done manually or automatically on request, then automatically there will be the open top box forming, while manually handed the catering rolls inserting into the box which will be laterally displaced to the automatic box closing area.

FPC-C-EA

The version FPC-C-EA is our basic high performance automatic catering rolls packaging line. This very successful machinery secures high performances (up to 10-12 boxed rolls/min.) and thanks to its compact lay-out offers great practical operating, fluent production and high versatility.

All the operations like blank feeding (blade edging on request), rolls top loading into box and its closing are automatically executed.

The line is able to convert different kind of standard and customized blanks design (see enclosed scheme).

FPC-C-MS

The line FPC-CMS is engineered with independent vertical automatic forming machine, multiple in-line re-reelers, dedicated single or double Pick & Place unit for automatic top loading rolls inserting into open top boxes and then an automatic box closing machine.

This plant may be equipped in-line with our automatic blade edging group suitable to apply a saw blade (of plastic or paper or metallized or aluminum material).

As end-line machinery may be added: automatic or semi-automatic case packer and carton sealer.

The starting blanks (E-flute, corrugated, micro-flute) may be scheduled with classic or special tailor made design.

FPC-S

This line is one of the special tailor-made plants engineered for the highest production and box packaging of catering rolls, either of alu foil institutional rolls, cling film professional food rolls long length and baking-parchment grease-proof paper medium-long length rolls too.

The FPC-S plant is the most complete line nowadays in the market for the box packaging of catering rolls. This line starts with a series of multiple high performance re-reeling machines then there are suitable conveyors for catering rolls displacing to the box packaging area. This machine group starts from an high capacity motorized blanks feeder then locate the customized blanks into the zone where may be applied the plastic or paper or metallized blade directly at the edge of the blank which proceed for a special pre-crashing operation and then will be erected (by a specific tooling-format) as open top box. In this condition will approach the top loading area, over dedicated conveyor where on request may be install a special dispenser for inserting of a single metal or plastic injection blade into the box which will also be filled through a pick and place group with the catering rolls.

Now the box will be closed using hot melt gluing units and just after an automatic check weighing system will eject any underweight boxes (due to roll absence or incorrect length). The final products may be unload for a manual storing or else may proceed to shrink wrapping or alternatively it go to the cardboard case packaging.

The H-FPC-30 line is the highest output production packaging plant for catering rolls. This line is usually based on customized blank design which secures output up to 30 boxed rolls/min. This line may be completed with fully automatic case packer and palletizer.
