Extrusion Lines for Barrier Cast Film
A multilayer cast co-ex line with encapsulation that guarantees top quality in the extrusion of multi-layer barrier film by processing several raw materials such as PA, EVOH, PP, PE, TIE, PET, PS, etc.
The film encapsulation and the electronic controls ensure the maximum cost-effectiveness of the process by reducing the scraps even to values close to 3% of the gross product.
These results are achieved thanks to the electronic management of the die, of the side-slip unit and of the trimmed edges by the proprietary DITTERING® system and by the integrate management of the trimmed edge recovery with the REFESAVE® system.
Barriercast® lines can be seen in permanent open house at the associated company B-Pack® SpA producing 5- and 7-layer barrier film (with cast as well as blown technology).
